The manual contains mandatory forms and information on regulations that you must adhere to at the festival. We recommend that you review this information with your exhibit space personnel.

advanced shipments to warehouse

Shipments may be sent to the advance warehouse up to thirty (30) days prior to Friday, July 15, 2016 by 10:00 am. No shipments will be received on weekends or holidays and any shipments arriving after this day will be charged a late fee of $150.00 in addition to any other charges incurred. Rules and regulations

To assist you in planning for your participation in the festival, we know you will appreciate knowing in advance that union labor is required for certain aspects of your exhibit handling. To help you understand, we ask that you read the following Area Work Rules-Labor Regulations.
 

Certificate of insurance

All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance by Monday, July 4, 2016 only if they are hiring an outside contractor to build their booth display. Click to view a sample certificate of insurance form. Please submit your form to Rebecca Price or Stephanie Odagis

Festival Day 3 Hours: Wednesday, July 20 - 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Move Out: Wednesday, July 20 - 5:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
